Migrationsrätt
Vi intresserar oss för en av de största politiska och juridiska frågorna som vårt samhälle står inför idag – staternas skyldighet gentemot migranter, asylsökande och flyktingar.
Vi är intresserade av alla aspekter av de utmaningar som människor på resande fot ger upphov till, inklusive tillgång till säkra migrationsvägar, ett rättvist förfarande för fastställande av asyl, rättigheter och integrationsmöjligheter.
Projektet The Borders Within: the Multifaceted Legal Landscape of Migrant Integration in Europe är finansierat av Knut och Alice Wallenbergs stiftelse.

Nätverk
Göteborg/Lund/Uppsala Migration Law Network (GLUMIN) är ett forskningssamarbete som syftar till att utveckla migrationsrätt och migrationsrättsforskning i Sverige. Forskningsnätverket omfattar idag forskare inom migrationsrätt som är verksamma vid de flesta av landets universitet och högskolor.
