 ight to science".&nbsp\;In this seminar\, Andrea Boggio discuss the human 
 right to benefit from scientific progress\, codified in&nbsp\;Article 15(1
 )(b) of the ICESCR\, which supports innovation and access in the biomedica
 l fields. The talk explores how various normative aspects of this right ca
 n be used to promote clinical research\, the translation of research findi
 ngs into applications\, and the balance between intellectual property righ
 ts and&nbsp\;access. The goal is to reflect on whether this human right sh
 ould be invoked to critically address current&nbsp\;challenges in the biom
